Atchara Juicharern (Cara) is Thailand’s Leadership Development representative of Dr.Marshall Goldsmith. Dr.Marshall Goldsmith, the author of the award-winning book “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There”, is known as one of the most influential practitioners in the history of leadership development.

Atchara has a highly successful track record in leading and customizing Emotional Intelligence and leadership learning & development programmes for Thai and multinational organizations. Her successful works include transformation, assessment and development, organizational development, EQ based team initiatives & activities, and coaching & mentoring. Recently, she is recognized by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith and selected to be his Thailand’s representative in Leadership Development. For the past 8 years, she has specialised in areas of leadership coaching and customized leadership development  programmes  for companies in Thailand and Japan.
